So there may to be a need for a fundraiser. My guess is with a simple motion to squash due to lack of jurisdiction it gets thrown out pretty fast.
I think it stands a good chance of getting thrown out as it sits. Croatia is in the EU and as a condition of entry they needed to update their legal code to EU standards. It’s not some post-Yugoslav kleptocracy anymore. I don’t see a magistrate or judge from the Sisak Municipal Court being too keen on charging 7 foreign nationals for tweeting mean things and making videos about JLE.
I must confess though a guilty desire to actually see this go to court. If they throw it out, JLE will get on his soap box and start preaching about how the defendants somehow got off due to a jurisdictional loophole.
I’d subpoena Dijana Evans and subject her to a comprehensive cross examination regarding her knowledge of Ipsilon Media’s finances, her’s and Tibor’s wages, what Lloyd gets and exactly how their business was damaged by Kim Silvio. Then I’d ask her under oath to confirm or deny all the statements about her husband, his infidelities, the background surrounding the trip to Thailand and the aftermath. Submit all her leaked screenshots and emails from Lloyd into evidence. Since Lloyd listed her as being underemployed in his rant, this is a fair legal tactic especially since she is a director and part owner of Lloyd’s business entity.
I’d also countersue for all costs associated with this case including flights, hotels, time off from work, lawyer fees, etc.
So if it gets to that point, absolutely - put the fundraiser together. But make him do the work first of paying his legal team to even get to that point.

That was an asshole comment.
To put it mildly.Dykstra was a caregiver for Ray and Cynthia Franz and a personal friend. By the time she had the copyright transferred shortly after Cynthia’s death, Lloyd was on her ass about publishing it or selling the rights to him. There was no 4th edition ready to publish. Ray had made a loose collection of notes that were intended for the 4th edition but passed away before he could publish.
Debbie Dykstra was in advanced age herself and slandered all over Reddit by Lloyd and his followers on the incorrect assumption she was sitting on it. He just wanted the rights so he could publish under JLE Publishing and set up a good payday and prestige for himself.

I think his latest meltdown is because he's seen Kim on social media, meeting up with lots of exJWs and he's no longer part of it. He wants to be that person, that people are keen to see, and meet with. But now he isn't and never will be.
That is precisely it. Notice how that rant was all about Kim and he didn’t mention anyone else by name though he could have,
When he was still anonymous on this forum as “cedars” and right before the AAWA launch he went on the annual Tahoe apostafest thread and he made this huge announcement that if everything “goes to plan”, him and his wife would make a grand entrance in Tahoe. Everyone was wondering what had changed because he was very protective of their anonymity at the time.
As it turned out he had been hoping for AAWA to fund a cross country tour for him and the wife to come and be the centre of attention.
Attendees from his UK, US, and Australia “Meet Lloyd Evans” events have all shared that he stood in a prominent area and seemed to light up when people asked to shake his hand, pose for selfies, get autographs or get him to talk about himself. His mind seemed to wander off and it got awkward when the subject changed.
He sees Kim doing what he used to do and understands it won’t be the same for him ever again. I think it also irks him that Kim is well known due to her association with him and all that went down. He had counted on her being persona non grata by now but the exact opposite is true.

Seriously though, he can afford the haircut. He still has 450+ patrons. What he’s whining about is the little that’s left in the bank after he pays the rent on his Zagreb flat, the rental in the new studio, whatever little he gives Dijana and the girls, gym memberships, yoga lessons, paying Tibor and all the karaoke bars and meals round town.
What he’s angry about is finally living the bachelor life he wanted and having to look at his bank account before making definite hooker plans in Zagreb. Gone are the UK holidays and as Simon said earlier, he found out the hard way he’s living outside his means. The London dating trip round jubilee where hotels were ridiculously expensive wiped him out and so did the 3 week holiday in June.
It’s finally caught up to him that he can barely afford what he has and he picked today to lash out at Kim. It’s always been about the money.

I just don’t see how that 3 page rant helps his cause. He’s complaining that he has to charge what can’t be a cent over a €15 - €20 children’s haircut and then makes bold claims like hiring new lawyers if the current ones quit, flying to Australia to sue Kim and pursuing this until he’s 83.
And he’s making the rounds on Twitter thinking he’s won the argument. That post sounded exactly like how a man strung out on pills would write it, and he stresses just that in the post.
Yet here he is, threatening to appeal even before this case is adjudicated. Demonstrates that even he knows this is likely getting tossed. No matter, it’s not HIS money he’s using to pay lawyers. Patrons are literally funding his campaign for vengeance.
Publicly stating he’s not going to stop appealing and suing until he gets the outcome he desires is something any lawyer can tell you is pure folly. He keeps stepping on his lawyer’s toes and now we’re at the point where his case is hopeless. I’d withdraw as counsel if I were them,
